Baked potatoes, hummous, green bean salad with balsamic dressing

Tue:
Filled pasta

Wed lunch:
Soup & rolls

Wed tea:
Warm tuna nicoise salad with potatoes, green beans, hard boiled eggs, beans (cannellini?), olives, lemon dressing

Weds eve:
Crunchy topped cod, mash & roast tomatoes (500 great recipes)

Thur:
Spaghetti carbonara with pancetta, eggs, garlic, parmesan

Fri tea:
Crunchy topped cod as weds eve

Fri eve:
Posh fish or pies?

Sat lunch:
Fishfinger sandwiches or vegge hotdogs

Sat early tea:
Roast chicken with rice & shallots
Apple pie (homemade) or baked apples

Sun lunch:
Pitta pockets with cheese, tomato & salad

Sun early tea:
Paella with prawns, red peppers, left over chicken
